Payment for Services is requested at the time of the visit [fee for service or contracted health insurance]. A billing statement [service and diagnoses codes] is provided which may be submitted to any third party for out-of-network reimbursement. Our office is able to assist with that process. A discount is provided for cash payment [cash or check].
